Jennifer Rivero
Ms. Rivero has served as a Legal Assistant with Diamond Law, P.A. since May 2021. Ms. Rivero manages all pending insurance claims for the law firm. She assists clients with insurer post-loss condition compliance, including the preparing and presenting of client claims and claim demands to the insurer, facilitating compliance with insurer requests and demands, and coordinating insurer inspections, expert inspections, recorded statements and appraisals. Ms. Rivero also directs and assists clients in releasing claim benefits being withheld from clients by mortgage companies, lenders and other third-parties. In addition, Ms. Rivero provides litigation support, assisting clients with responding to discovery and assisting Mr. Diamond with court filing, coordinating litigation activities, mediation support and trial support. Ms. Rivero was born in Cuba but has lived in Miami for 17 years She 24 Years old. She is a graduated Registered Nurse and is presently enrolled at Florida UM and is working toward her Paralegal certification. Ms. Rivero is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Meily Tombo
Ms. Tombo has served as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal and Office Manager with Diamond Law, P.A. since April 2021. Ms. Tombo is primarily responsible for providing Paralegal support for all litigation in the law firm. She files lawsuits, legal pleadings and papers with the federal and state courts, assists clients with responding to discovery, schedules and notices litigation activities and court hearings, coordinates mediations and inspections, manages all attorney scheduling and manages and supervises all day-to-day office activities. Ms. Tombo is a Miami native. She has a Bachelors Degree from Florida International University in English and Business, and is working towards her Masters Degree. Ms. Tombo is also a certified Paralegal and fluent in both English and Spanish.
